Japan Blend is built on values of kindness, curiosity, and respect.
In any space — online or in person — we reserve the right to remove anyone who behaves in a harmful, inappropriate, or discriminatory way.
4. Community Conduct
Tours are confirmed upon full payment.
Changes or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations within 48 hours may not be refundable — but we’ll always do our best to find a fair solution.
We aim to create a safe, respectful experience for everyone. We kindly ask all guests to treat locals, staff, and the city with kindness.
3. Private Japan Experience
Coaching is offered through a structured 3-month program and includes weekly 1-on-1 sessions.
Once your coaching plan is confirmed and scheduled, reschedules must be requested with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Missed sessions or cancellations within 24 hours may not be made up, as spots are limited and held just for you.
Coaching includes personalized support between sessions — please respect that this is for enrolled clients only.
You’re welcome to record your sessions for personal review, but public sharing requires written permission.
2. Private Speaking Coaching
Membership is billed monthly via Stripe.
You may cancel anytime — your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
All Club content (e.g., phrase PDFs, lesson recordings) is for personal use only. Reposting or reselling any material is not permitted.
